A graduate from Mines ParisTech, Erwan Sauvegrain worked at Renault where he spent 10 years in post-sales engineering. Following this experience in the industry sector, he chose to work in the renewable energy sector at EDF Renewables to work on the first response to the Offshore Tender Offer 1. Afterwards, he became the O&M manager in France then Director. He joined Total Quadran in 2020 as COO.
