Diplômé de Supélec et titulaire d’un Master of Sciences en génie électrique de UCL à Londres. Il débute sa carrière comme consultant, en 2006, chez BearingPoint dans la « Practice Energies et Utilities ».  En 2008, il rejoint Poweo comme responsable de projet puis devient Directeur des Opérations et du Développement du PV Ultramarin. En 2015, il intègre TotalEnergies comme responsable M&A et devient, en novembre 2019, Directeur de la Stratégie.

Holder of two Masters 2 in business management and construction law, Sophie Robert is a legal manager in the construction industry for 8 years. She joined Quadran in 2010 as legal and insurance manager. She took charge of Human Resources in March 2017.

Holder of an engineering degree and a master's degree from IFP, Vincent Kiehl began his career in 1992 at Air Liquide as an R&D engineer, a position he held for 5 years. In 1997, he joined the company in France and quickly assumed leadership roles internationally in gas and oil installations, both onshore and offshore, in Latin America, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa. A specialist in the field of hydrocarbon production, processing, and storage asset management, he was appointed Director of Operations of the Port-Gentil installations in Gabon in 2020. Vincent Kiehl joined TotalEnergies Renewables France as Director of Operations and a member of the Executive Committee on September 1, 2023.

Bénédicte Spanu holds a DESS in "Health Establishment Law" and from the C.A.P.A. She began his career in a law firm, in the fields of construction law, real estate law and health law. She joined Total Quadran as a lawyer accompanying operational staff on the land, contractual and litigation aspects that mark the life of renewable energy projects. She was appointed Legal Director in 2019.
